Celebrate the abundant Summer Harvest with a seven-course long lunch in the company of artisan producers. The menu showcases the vibrant seasonal produce, with crisp quail and red capsicum pancakes, smoked trout rillettes with tricolour tomato salad, rack of BBQ lamb with corn and capsicum toss, and spiced silver perch with eggplant relish. To finish, we have peach and cherry trifle with redcurrant jelly. Each course will be accompanied by the very best award-winning local wines from family-run vineyards.
