Gather your friends and family and join us on Easter Sunday for a seasonal, paddock-to-plate, set three-course lunch. Expect all the special Easter touches, including an egg hunt for the kids at 11am and 2pm in the gardens.

Peter Rabbit’s Vege Patch Plate

Eggs a la russe on a blini and beignets of Iranian fig with molten goat’s cheese & pickled eschallot; accompanied by two dips from the garden and two farm pickles and meats. Fresh bread included

Mains

Rack of lamb on a Greek brunoise with olive crust,
frittes & oregano jus

Chargrilled & boned poussin, marinated in sauvignon blanc & served with potato & sage gnocchi in parmesan sauce

Slow roasted sirlion with foie gras Hollandaise, prosciutto shards & pinot noir jus & potato maxim

Jerusalem artichokes stuffed with a green tomato & thyme pickle together with roast beetroot salsa on a pumpkin gallette

Salad

Hierloom tomato and fried eggplant, rocket & baby bocconcini with a balsamic glaze

Chocolate truffle cake with ginger caramel sauce
