Winter is a time of fires and feasting in the Highlands, and there is no more decadent ingredient than the truffle.  For The Loch’s next seasonal Foodie Field Day, chef Brigid Kennedy has put together a true Fungi Feast – an inspired seven-course degustation menu featuring the rich and aromatic flavours of local exotic mushrooms and Black Perigord truffles. Each course is paired with a matching local beverage, while local producers share insights into their craft.

This is a premium annual event not to be missed.
